Static Guards from Jerai

Again and again we make the same mistakes...whats the use of having
the static guards from Jerai when Sri Lara was offering us the same
services...there is no improvement as i have noted during these CNY
holiday period..they are petrolling and the same status quo prevails.

We have RM2000+ of collections with our treasurer Mr.Lee and i am sure
we can use this amount to at least close up the area and reduce the
number of entry and exits as I have discussed with Jerai Securities in
the park of Lily yesterday.

The present Jerai guards as i have observed the past few days are
STATIC and they sit at their post writing CAR REGISTRATION
NUMBERS...FOR WHAT PURPOSE!!!Logically if some burglar is planning a
robbery,he will use FALSE REGISTRATION PLATES!!!

Give it a very serious thought and please note that in the past we had
refunds of monies from Sri Lara due to excess collected by them but
may i ask what are the TERMS and CONDITIONS OF JERAI'S Appointment.I
have paid RM 60 per month and i dont mind paying more but on the
condition the security must improve.

Agree with Prof. They should put in place the necessary barriers and all residents should hv stickers. Then as the cars drive in the guards shd do the necessary check. The guards shd be placed at the entrance near 7 eleven n also exit towards Laman Putra.

I have noted Prof Dr Ajit's comments. I too agree that what we need is a
proper security.
The residents of section 9 should seriously consider to participate for the
sake of our safety.
The last gathering at Lily Park drew only aroud 42 residents. Very alarming!

Secondly, can someone advice me if I should sign the Jerai Security Form

Mr.Basheer,
In my opinion we should monitor the guards very closely and decide
after 3 months or so and if possible meet up with the guards once a
month to monitor their progress as well as provide them with any
feedback to ensure there is "continuos improvement" and they do not
start to rest on their laurels thinking that no one is wathing them.We
should have a "watchdog committee" among ourselves and relay the info
directly to Jerai.What do you think?Pls revert with feedback

Mr.Thomas,
Thanks for your feedback and i think its a great idea to have the
stickers issued asap and will contact Jerai and the police to watch
out for any cars without the sticker loitering in Lily.Will inform
Insp.Nordin cc to OCPD Subang Jaya as and when it is done.

I agree with Dr Ajit. The committe should have regular meetings with guard's
rep to exchange views
And also bring up complains / suggestions. I suggest the security's rep
should be present during the
9th meeting to give and listen to suggestions. They should also up-date us
on the number houses already
