I have spoken to En Saberi to book the hall for 1st Dec at 10am for our meeting. PLEASE MARK YOUR DIARIES. 4. Zul have informed me that most of the AJK of the previous RA has resigned. The ROS as informed by Lau (whom we had entrusted to look into this) that the previous AJK has to come and hold an EGM. I will ask Zul if anyone has a members list so we can call for an EGM on 1st. I need to get them the letter. Thanks Zul. 5. The proposed Agenda for the 1st Dec : 10am - EGM - RA PH9 followed by election of new committee. 10.30 am - 11.30AM - Gated+Guarded agenda - proposed plan, quotation and also timelines for the said agenda. 11.30AM - Presentation by Security Company on security options (I am still waiting for Sri Lara but if they dont respond, I have already posted another company. Pls if you have others let us know and we work towards getting them in to give us a review) 12.15am - (i) we can call if we want the Exco of the area and MPSJ Ahli Majlis for this (however I would prefer this done later, we are doing a lot on this day). (ii) close. New committee meet and sign all the forms for the ROS, new secretary given task to write the minutes and submit to the ROS. Thank you. Good morning and good work to initial this, I strongly support to activate the committees for our resident.  Wish our Hindu friend & resident “Yi Pi Deepavali” and Good Health for all.

 

We need the guard & gated community if possible, as the Security & Safe living environment for our residential is 1^st priority & upmost important.

 

Do our existing Security guard doing proper job???

 

Appreciate the effort for those active members and committees for carry out the task.

Hi Danny,

 

Thank you for the greetings.

 

I would highly recommend for G&G with top notch Security system at the gate poles.

 

Currently I am still engaging Sri Lara Security services.  I feel they are carrying out the task at their capability.  Nevertheless, we, as residents., have to address this issue as soon as possible.

 

I would not be able to make it on Dec 1st.  I hope others would be able to express the support by attending this meeting.
