For everyone
information, the pro-tem committee had already processed the registration of PH Section 9 Resident Association with the Registrar of Societies (ROS).
To follow up on this & on behalf of the protem committe, I and the Lilly residents are hosting a "GET TOGETHER POTLUCK BREAKFAST" for the Putra Heights Section 9 residents & cordially invites all PH 9 residents to this event as follows:
Date: Sunday 3rd February 2013
Time: 0800 to 1100 hours
Venue: Lilly Small Padang Badminton Court on Jalan Putra Indah 9/30
The objectives of this get together are:
a. To create awareness of the Residence Association and to go on a membership drive for all residents that had not yet signed up while we get to know each other better.
b. To hold residents' discussion on security improvement for PH 9 including pro-tem member presentation of a proposal received from
a security service company JERAI SERVICES SDN BHD and any other proposals before this date.
Please confirm your household participation & your potluck contribution to this event before the Friday 1st February 2010 through this medium or calling myself (Han) at 012-2363050, Wadie (0126559499) or Umma (012-6903927). This is to assist us in planning appropriate logistics for the success of the get together.
