Hi All,

This was posted on facebook.  Kindly be informed... I think the venue is Section 9 Dewan Orang Ramai..Hope someone can confirm the location..

Hi everybody,

As you are probably aware, the protem committee for section 9 is pushing for the whole section 9 gated & guarded initiative. Initial engagement with MPSJ had been done and the feedback we got was we need a minimum majority of 75% residents to support the G&G initiatives for it to be able to proceed. 

As the Lilly rep in the protem comm., I'd like to request your cooperation to inform me via this medium or sms/call/whatsapp at 012-2363050 if you support the initiative but have not submit your written support to the committee for me to follow-up & see you. We would like to conclude collection & review of the residents support for submission latest by this Friday 30/11/12. To date I had only received only 33 confirmation of the 151 households in Lilly (21%) and I'm appealing for your majority support to be able to proceed. This is the second time we are attempting to get this done after the attempt in 2009 and I sincerely hope for everyone's action in view of the deteriorating security conditions lately. SAFETY & SECURITY is everybody's responsibility and let's do our part to make our neighborhood safer.

Finally, all residents are also welcomed to the G&G proposal meeting on Saturday 1/12/12 1000am at the Section 9 Multipurpose hall.

I will pass you the form by this Friday. At the same time, I will try to get the consent from some of my neighbours who are not on the google group. By the way, I presume that one form can have mutiple approval signatures based on the enclosed format that I have from Mr Ong previously?
