The commission for Sales & Marketing.
This is an incentive given to those who put in their time and effort to
recruit new members. Getting new members requires
persuasion and numerous visits before they sign up, without the one off
incentive, it would be difficult getting new members
and we continuously need new members to improve collection and also to
replace members who have moved or quit.
Guard Service after normal hours – we have our guards who
patrol the taman, in the night, the actual work hour here
is 8 am to 5 pm.
Compliance Service is provided to check on the normal
guards if they complying to the SOP. He will do random check on the guards
in the night shift. Similarly our Control Center service
is provided for the residents to call us 24 hour 7 days for any help or
assistance
at the same time the control center exec will assist the guards if help is
need to coordinate.
All these service we need to charge RM550.00
RM1800 is just for Salary and admin cost.
Therefore the total cost is RM1800.00 plus RM550.00 equals to RM2350.00.
The balance money we will refund.

Hi,
I'm sorry I have to be blunt, the accounts you gave me is a joke.
1. Mr Raj this mention about the collectors commissions of RM2, so there's
no problem there but commissions for sales and marketing?!
2. Why should you charge us for the complaint officer visiting? Isn't it
your responsibility to come when we have a problem?
3. Administration and control center costing should have been included in
the RM1800 per month costs.
When we hired Sri Lara, the costs you mentioned was never quoted. Please
tell the accountant to produce a proper and accurate account.

Hi,
I need the accounts for our excess payments. How much is the balance since
we employed sri lara? E.g one security guard for 8 hrs / month is =
rm1800. Total of 74 houses paid rm40 per month = rm2960. That means we paid
rm1160 in excess per month. I need to know the balance as of this month. Thank
