Does the agreed headcount of 86 include the mentioned 10 verbal agreement during Walkabout 31st Oct? If not, then we should have 96 headcount.

Thanks Yusof for the updates. If the walkabout is on Wednesday, I cannot make it. Sorry about it.
You can put a "no" to the house of 29 Jalan Putra Indah 9/26. If you can't reach the owner of the house 35 Jalan Putra Indah 9/26, please let me know as I have the owner contact (Mr Leon Lee) which I have recorded in the house owners' backgrill approval list.
Cheers

Dear Neighbour,
For those who have not sign up for the Security services, please consider doing so, as all of us wish and want a good place to live and also safe & peace environment. Together, we can achieve it better and secure our living place.
- Suggest with 2 day guard & 2 night guard, for more effective security system and regular patrolling must be implace, i.e. 1 to 2 hours each visit. If only 1 guard, then the patrolling system may have problem, as not body at exist area.
1 Lily Residential.
Thank you,
Danny Tan

1. Decide if 84 household is enough or still hunt for more.
2. Get volunteer to register to mpsj concerning the guards if necessary.

Dear All,
Good morning, I did see any Guard or gate on controlling the Lily residential area this morning. Any change in plan for implementation date?
I suggest draft a plan for this Gate & Guard system that plan to implement at Lily resident between the security provider and table to the committees review and do the security company still pending anything from the resident or collection of fund for this job? During the trial period the resident committees could evaluate the performance for the job on Lily resident security services. For G & G plan may require reviewing from time to time on improving it for the all concern and decide by the committees.
Appreciate comment from all concern, as we almost achieve………. For execution & peace living environment……
Thank you,
Danny

Sorry for the lack of update. I'm busy at the moment with work and my new baby born last saturday :)
A week or so ago, mr ajit have talked to sri lara and confirmed that they will only accept 3 months prepayment.
The committee will have to meet and decide on this then inform everyone.
The meeting should also discuss about payment collection method and mpsj registration for guarded neighbourhood.
