Unable to bulk reindex after upgrading to lily-2.4

Hi Guys,

I have an existing lily repository and data on lily 2.0 and all is well. As per lily 2.4 upgrade notes I need to run an upgrade tool to upgrade the existing lily schema. After this tool runs, all but the last 3 versions of the existing recordtypes disappear. When bulk indexing runs, it fails because the scanner tries to read records using versions of recordtypes which no longer exist.

Can someone help with this?
