Good afternoon everyone -

I wanted to make you all aware that we will have an additional family
arriving at the church tonight.

The family is ReShaun and her three daughters: Trinity (11), T’Naija (8),
and Tianna (5).  There should be no food or medical concerns with this
family.  I think that ReShaun has a very busy schedule most days, with work
in the morning and school in the evening.  I will speak to her about her
schedule and let you know what time you can expect her tonight.

So we need to make sure we plan on having enough food for meals for ReShaun
and her daughters in addition to the families already listed in this
document.

That's a lot of people for just a little food right now, so Mandy from the other homegroup threw out that if more people can't sign up then maybe Oak City people should wait to eat until the others have had their fill. Just a thought if it doesn't look like there will be enough.

Feel free to add things to the list.  I think she just started with some ideas not meaning for that to be all that we needed.  I'm making a double batch of what I am bringing (Kris and Erin are chipping in on the cost).  I'm sure another main dish or side would be a good addition.
