A pick-up will follow the last runner and collect the water tables at the same time.

Run 9 Km
Cycle 42 Km
Start/End from Lilongwe Sailing Club. Approximate duration is 4 hours. ETA at LSC is 10.00 AM.
Participants are on your own for this event. This will be more of a social / team effort as opposed to a personal best.

Times
It will be an honesty system. Time yourself or get somebody to time you. When you arrive at LSC, write your name, time and event on a piece of paper – leave it in the "TIMES" box at LSC. The judges will sort it out and the results will be displayed for all to see during the course of the day.

Registration
If you are interested in participating in any of the 4 events. Send me your email address and the event that you would like to do. Due to the nature of the Nutta event, a pre recce is highly recommended to familiarise yourself with the route. Nutta participants will also be introduced to each other prior to the event to arrange themselves (safety and back-up plans in particular)

Additional Help
We will need 2 to 3 people at LSC to help with logistics from about 7AM to 12PM – please let me know if you can.
Planned Itinerary
10.00 AM (RP's don't have to get out of bed at some ridiculous hour)
Responsible People (RP's) – All supporters (including cheer leaders) and non participants
All the braai's and skottles must be on the go at full force. Bring whatever you like and be prepared to share.
If you have a speciality or a favourite .... bring it, make it and share it.
All Running, Cycling and Nutta (RCN's) participants are not required to bring anything. They will be fed, massaged and given lots of TLC by the RP's ... hopefully.

RP's are an important part of this event – active or passive. There is nothing like a bit of support and a pat on the back for all the RCN's – make an effort and come out.

Note sure what to bring ??
... bag of oranges
... some apples
... juice
... home made bread
... buy a bag of hot dogs, some rolls and ketchup (put on your favourite chefs hat) and share them with the folk on the day
... whatever will do (we will not say no to margarita's either)

If you would like to just come out and have a look and see what the Lilongwe folk get up to ... that is also cool bananas ... LSC is a great venue and all runners have great legs to look at.

For things that do not require preparation, there will be a communal table for everything to be left on.
LSC will have the braai's on the go at around 10.00 AM for you to use.
There is also an equipped kitchen, tables, cutlery, crockery, sink, etc for food preparation if you need.

11.00 AM
Responsible People (RP's) – LSC and Hash
Price Giving – (if you are a guy ... expect a pat on your back from Grant – ladies will get a kiss from Marcel ... Deo volente)

11.05 AM
See 10.00 AM

12.00 PM or so (no fixed agenda)
The day is over ... and you have 2 options :
Clean up your stuff, go home or do whatever you need to do.
Stay at LSC, sail and chill out for the rest of the day or camp over and do the same on Sunday ... then it's home time.

Disclaimer
This is strictly a social event and you enter / participate purely at your own risk.
If you get lost, injured, fall down, etc. ... there are no professional services to assist you – so be wise and buddy up.
