Dear foodies,
For the
anniversary of Huts Restaurant, we’re spicing things up a little differently.
On Friday April 27 and Saturday April 28 we’ll be serving up two new dishes. One
originates from North India, the other from the South. We’re fusing tastes from
polar directions. Both are great snacks.
1)
Kachori (pronounced Ka-cho-di) with mint - A round ball of flour goodness,
filled with crushed lentils, washed gram flour, black pepper, and an array of
spices. Served with a mint chutney.
2)
Vada with sambar - A savoury fritter-type snack from South
India. Is doughnut shaped, made from dal, lentil, and gram flour. Served with a
tasteful soup (called sambar).
Also, in appreciation of our customers, and in celebration of
our anniversary, we’ll be serving up a free chef-selected house appetizer. Don’t
miss it!
