many thanks to all those who assisted and took part in our computer
literacy program which commenced in May 2009 and ended August 2010.
Our target was 1000 people, however we were only able to get 497
people literate 50 of which were taught free of charge. On this
journey we met a lot of different people of different ages from
different walks of life. The interest levels were amazingly high in
all age groups. It was quite a journey.
For those of us that are computer literate and are able to read this
message,we may take it for granted, but there are loads of people out
there that dream to do what you are doing right now.
We are back at it this year and the target is 1,500 people between now
and September, 2011. Make your booking now for 2010/11 season and be
a part of the greatest literacy program in Malawi to date. Sponsor a
friend, a family member, a group even sponsor a stranger. Beginners or
those with questions. We will bring the classroom to you.
