First, this is a potentially great thing here and it's a wonder more people haven't made something like this to solve JTV's horrid change of viewer.

That said, is there anyway for us to set JTV Clean Viewer to autohide the controls bar automatically? The functionality of the user being able to hide it themselves is great, but it would really help with design if we could make that hide until needed.

Also, maybe if the Broadcaster has Chat disabled on the channel, disable the Chat options in the on screen display?

Thanks a ton, and I hope you consider my suggestions!

Everything you want is possible to code and not really hard, but I haven't touched the code for almost two years and haven't used that viewer for the same period of time. I really don't want to re-read my code and make those improvements unless I know people do want those a lot. I understand you want those features, but I don't have motivation to code for you. If this request came two years ago when I still coded for this viewer, I would jump right in.

As for now, I am sorry. Since this is an open source, you can contribute, I would be more than happy to push your code to public.

PS. I believe you probably is the only person uses this viewer.

Thank you for taking the time to respond!

I absolutely appreciate and understand no longer working on this project. I'm not very good at code, but I will certainly look at it with your blessing and see if I can find my way around.

Thank you also for what you did do on this player! Have a good Holiday!

I really like this chat overlay.  I have a blog with jtv channels embedded and it's a great way to have each page/channel have their own chat.  If you do dust this off.  Could you make the background a little more transparent?  Thanks so much for solving one of my problems with chat's on the side.
