Hi folks:

Does anyone know how thin the Fedora Red Hat Enterprise client is?
Anything with the word "Enterprise" has me thinking high overhead and
running for the hills.

Hello,
Use Fedora Core 15. You will feel better (it is from red hat).

I would say "enterprise" in Red Hat in general is more about their target market. Their server tools, developer tools, and more important their support plans are all Enterprise oriented.

I was a avid Red Hat users until they when "enterprise" and I couldn't afford it anymore, but as Thelma pointed out there is Fedora the official offshoot of RedHat. I use CentOS which another variant of RedHat.

My bad, I should have been more specific. Red Hat Enterprise Desktop,
ie, the client.
