AMD Zen3 L2CACHE group -- NaN in unhalted

Hi,

I am reporting something unexpected that occurs when using the L2CACHE group on AMD Zen3 (I realize it is marked as experimental).

I don't ever use Runtime unhalted, but its just a little odd to get a NaN. The L2CACHE miss ratio looks OK, but they seem higher than what I got on Cascade Lake.
