與澳洲其他城市的六四悼念活動互相呼應，悼念於六四屠城中犧牲的學生及家屬，堅持平反六四，追究屠城責任，結束中共一黨專政，並聲援全球爭取民主自由運動。
本年可能是歷來首次，於香港維園沒有悼念六四的燭光，故在海外保持燭光延續下去，意義重大。
是次集會已向地區Council申請，亦會遵守州政府有關疫情的安全指引, 歡迎所有公眾人士參與。
June 4 commemoration outside the Chinese Consulate in
Adelaide
As part of the Australia-wide commemoration for the June 4
Massacre, this candlelight vigil stands with all brave student
leaders who sacrificed their lives for freedom and democracy,
their families, and those who persevered years after years for
vindication and righteousness.
This year, all commemoration events within China (traditionally
held in Hong Kong) will be totally banned for the first time in
history. It is, therefore, especially important to keep the
candlelights inextinguishable overseas.
The local council has been notified of this event. The assembly
will be conducted in accordance with the State Government's COVID
SAFE guidelines. All members of the public are welcome.
