世界公民法院通告
逮捕令
世界公民法院已找到充分的法律依据起诉并逮捕习近平。
包括：在西藏的反人类罪(1) 强迫转移儿童 (2) 监禁或以其它方式严重剥夺人身自由 (3) 迫害藏族平民；
以及，针对在新疆地区维吾尔族人的种族灭绝和危害人类罪，包括 (1) 种族灭绝 (2) 监禁或其它严重剥夺自由 (3) 酷刑 (4) 强奸和性暴力，强迫绝育 (5) 强行转移维吾尔族儿童（6）强行转移、强迫劳动（7）迫害（8）强迫失踪。
世界公民法院呼吁国际社会和各国政府对中华人民共和国主席发出逮捕令，开始正式审判并采取措施逮捕肇事者。
