Can the RTK module of O1 Lite be connected to LiBase without using 4G?

① Can't connect directly to LiBase without using 4G, the handheld RTK is a 4G module program, which can't be used without using 4G.

② On whether it can be used to connect to LiBase instead of CORS: Domestic: yes, international: server assumptions are required, not recommended.
