LiGrip H300 Not registering SIM card

When filling in my CORS data and credentials for RTK mode I am notified the device does not have 4G signal/service. I have inserted the SIM card and have tested it has signal in my location (using my mobile phone). Is there any other preparations I need to do for this to work?

Hi Javier,

Thank you for posting your issues on the GVI forum.
Please check if your SIM card requires a Login and Passcode to unlock, if so, please input the passcode in the RTK settings page.

Did you get this to work @Javier? We are having the same problem and GreenValley have stopped responding!

Hi Chris,

Can you send me a picture of the RTK module as well as the SIM info card you are currently using?
Having those information will greatly help with the troubleshooting.
