Please could you donate your talent for a couple of hours ?
We are running a fundraising project which is basically a Baby Photo Competition
.
We have a stand at the Baby Expo in Cape at the ICC this coming weekend from 30 Oct to 1 Nov 2009.
We require the volunteer photographers to take the photo's of the children for us.
So far we have managed to secure one volunteer for the Sat 3-6pm.
The photo requirements are:
-the photo is a head & shoulders photo
-we use the memory card from your camera to immediately print it off to attach to the entry form.
-the photographer would only have to bring their camera, flash and spare batteries.
-and if the camera has the large square memory card the adapter flash drive or connection cable
The times are from 9 to 6 daily. We would welcome any time which you could spare for us during these days and hours..
Please could you urgently let me know if you could help us.
We are flying down to Cape tomorrow lunch time I will from 10am tomorrow only be available on my cell.
