Is there anyway to force HRC to keep the same resolutions despite the display? Or to at least disable that warning ?
Rawmode works when I change display by pressing the HDMI Switcher, but not if I start my PC when using my Monitor.
Perfect solution for those who has a widescreen monitors and need to work for separate computers (laptop and PC) in one monitor. I have to constantly change resolution so that mini program solving a lot of clicking for me
Hi, thank you for a nice solution that no one else has done. I noticed it is a bit outdated. Any chance you have plans for a new version that supports 4k resolutions and multiple monitors? Right now i can only pick res up to 2k (2560 x 1440) and the shortcuts apply only to primary monitor. Or if i missed something, please help with your suggestions. Thanks again!
Yes, all right, all resolutions which returns your code, supported by the monitor, but does not make sense to offer low resolution for users. Suddenly, he accidentally clicked on such a resolution (eg 320x200). After this long would have to sort the icons on desktop. Even Windows does not offer the resolution less than 800x600.
An essential advantage of this tool is that it includes 2 to 9 shortcuts for different resolutions simultaneously. You can simultaneously work with up to 9 monitors and change the options with only two clicks.

I'm having issues getting my Vega 64 to display my monitors native resolution - 2160p60. If I set my monitor to Displayport 1.1 there are no issues acheiving 2160p30. However when I set my monitor to Displayport 1.2 I get several issues depending on which driver I have installed (I've tried a selection from 17.12.1 to 18.11.12):
18.7.1 and 18.9.3 - Limited to 1080p60 at DP1.2 (but 2160p30 at DP1.1) but NO 'link failure' message. These drivers actually have 2160p60 (and many other resolutions above 1080p60) but they all result in a blank screen and the display reverts to 2160p60.

Right-click the HRC system tray icon, and select Exit to close the software. Note that the software must remain open in the system tray for the keyboard key to the change the resolution. As such, you should minimize the software to the system tray by selecting the Minimize to tray option at the top right of the HRC window.

If you have an AMD or Nvidia, there's most likely a way to stretch your resolution. Judging by your specs, you have an nvidia gpu, just right click on the desktop, and you can find the nvidia control panel there
Actually, if you have Nvidia -m series GPU in your laptop, your drivers just don't have an option to stretch the resolution regardless of the version. I have no idea why, but even some of the very latest Nvidia mobile GPU drivers are still missing that very important feature. Since this thread was necro'd anyway, I'll post an actual solution to the problem.

- Make a hotkey to change your resolution to whatever you'll be using in game
- Set resolution from the launch options (e.g "-full -w 1024 -h 768")
- Launch the game, hit that key. Boom, it's working. If it doesn't, try setting your resolution to your actual desktop one and then change it back.
