Move

So it looks like we're going to have to pay to move. After some
discussion, Blackwater Raiders seems the best choice:

1) Relatively new RP server.
2) It doesn't have a 25% blood elf population. (13)
3) Good spread of low-level characters
4) one of the guilds runs a server-wide ventrillo voice chat thingy.
Which could, you know, actually be audible, unlike the built in.

Me, Sev, and Leeloo are willing to pay for a character transfer. As
it's part of a birthday gift, I'll also transfer one of Shawna's. I'm
willing to chip in to help cover costs for folk who have a hard time
with the $25.

I have a friend with some characters on Farstriders (also an RP
server), but we already picked a server based on friends once, and
look how that turned out. ;)

I'm fine with moving; I can afford to transfer one of my characters,
and will just send both characters' money and whatever items/inventory
I have stored up on that one character. Based on the usefulness of
potion-making for everyone (compared to blacksmithing), I think I'll
probably be transferring my priest even though he's 3 levels behind my
warrior (20 vs. 23 at this point). Plus I think warriors are more fun
to level anyway.

So it sounds like we've decided? Maybe? I should figure out so I can
prepare my characters for one of their transfers.

Let's do it! If we aim to start the move this weekend anybody who has
Auction House traffic can clear it before we go.

OK, I've mostly emptied Teneris and prepped Sabastion for the move. I
just need confirmation of our server choice and I'll finish up and
move Sabastion.

I'm going to have to decide if I'm moving Xellith. While I'm
definitely attached to her, I don't know if I can swing the money to
do so right now. I also have to see what's going on with my brother;
he may have an easier time moving, since he just hit level 12, but
he's very attached to his cow, so we'll see how things go. I'll
definitely have A character on there, but maybe not Xellith.

I'm willing to chip in to help cover :)
Lets make it official: Blackwater Raiders. I'll be starting a new
character while Varsav is moving (I'll also wait to move so I can
drain the guild bank). If anyone wants to mail me copper/herbs to
acution over the weekend before they transfer, feel free.

I have started a new mage there already.  Earwen.  Right now she is by the belf area, picking up a few levels.   I look to move her to the old stomping grounds by this evening.
