Hmm...I am not a captain but am apparently the logistics keeper for this e-mail thread so I would say yes for this season-- only if we are short players for a game. Peeps on the team who paid $ for the league should always get precedence and playing time. If anyone has any other thoughts feel free to give your thoughts!

For winter league, a few of you guys e-mailed me after we sent the stuff in. If you're still interested in joining let me know. I'll find out if we can add people to the roster and get back to those who e-mailed me individually if that's the case.

Just my two cents.

I think we should decide independently of finances whether we want another player. Considering that some weeks we have tons of people, and other weeks we have no substitutes, I can see both pros and cons of this. If we think another player would help out, we should take him. 

He could pay some money to us rather than to the league, and we could use it to throw an end of the season party?
