General Usage for Music Syncing

Hi all, looking for some guidance to do the following:

Creating a synced pulsing white light glow that is synced to a particular chord anthem in mostly EDM music. For example at about 2:11 into this video https://binged.it/2qUVaIj

I'm trying to understand what pieces and how they would work together to produce the effect, and possibly a tutorial that explains this technique. I have the following pieces:

• Lightjams Software
• Lightjams Music Player
• Numark Mixtrack Pro 3 
• Serato Lite

I don't have any lighting gear yet, but it sounds like any OSC compliant lighting would work well. Any thoughts would be really appreciated.

You only need Lightjams to control the lights from the audio. The music player is to play mp3 and in your case you use Serato. You need DMX compatible lights. Start here to learn about DMX:https://www.lightjams.com/dmx101.html
