How to convert recorded mp4 to artnet on arduino

I want to use your recorder program in our arduino contollers for playing them on RGB led strips
We want to convert mp4 to artnet data but, i get stucked on avc1 codec.
Is it possible to do it with arduino?

You can use ffmpeg with libx264 to decode H264. An arduino may not have enough power though and you may want to use a Raspberry Pi.
