How to communicate LJ with ETC Net3 Gateway?

For a recent concert, I would like to control the moving lights of the venue via its ETC system using ETC Net3 gateway. On testing, I connected my laptop via LAN to their Net3 gateway. I could see sACN signal coming out from LJ. Yet, the Net3 gateway did not receive any signal nor had any response. Thus I gave up and used the venue system separately from my LJ control. 

As ETC system is common in local venues, I would like to ask if anyone here has any experience in tackling this to share with and inspire me for incorporating ETC system to LJ control in the future. Thanks :)

Hi,

The Net3 gateway should support sAcn but you might need to check if it's actually configured this way. Also need to check the configured universes and addresses.
