Lightjams sACN packets are malformed

From the thread at https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/open-lighting/pLnNlTTQtfc, we've debugged the problem and discovered that the E1.31 packets lightjams sends are incorrect.

The bug is with the length fields in the PDUs. This causes wireshark and other ACN compliant software like OLA to think there is a second PDU in the packet.
