Hello!
Excuse my english, I'm a frenchvspeaker.

I am quite new to your software.
I'd first like to say thank you for this cheap and wonderful programme! I love the way you built it, not like the common fader , button & encoder lighting console! So pleasant to use!

But before I buy it and buy stuff arround, I just want to be sure on some points:

Is the programme compatible with this: http://shop.dmxking.com/ultraDMX-Pro_p_17.html  ?

I mean: Can I send 2 Universe and recieve one on the same usb via that interface with the programme?

Thanks for your reply!

Hi Yannick,

Thanks for the good words.

Lightjams will not use both dmx outputs of the ultraDMX Pro. If you want to use multiple DMX universes, I recommend you get a eDMX4 TX for $249 (on sale right now!): http://shop.dmxking.com/eDMX4-TX_p_13.html. From my point of view, getting a Artnet or E1.31 hardware is really more future proof than a USB interface.

Feel free writing to me personally in French!

Regards,
Mathieu

Thanks for your quick reply!

Yeah this 4 universe interface is very interesting!

And another question: As I already have an "Enttec USB Pro" that as a DMX input & output, can I send and recive DMX via this interface? ( For example: I use lightjams as DMX output to go to my rig and control the fixture and I use a DMX Lighting console to "remote" lightjams as input)

And thanks again for your wonderful program!

Hi Yannick,

You can use your Enttec USB Pro along a Artnet interface (at the same time). However, you can only send DMX via the Enttec. Input is available using Artnet and E1.31 interfaces.
