Custom color components like cyan, lime and violet now supported

The fixture editor now supports a custom color attribute, allowing to define color components like lime, cyan and violet. You can order the components in any order and it works in 16-bit. For each custom color component, you set the main hue at which it reacts and the response width to control when it gradually starts reacting.
