Text/font size adjustment for grid "Notes"

Hi Mathieu,

I'm back in LJ world again, slowly learning.

Somehow I have managed to adjust the font/text size in different notes.

It's driving me mad trying to find how I did this because I like to annotate grids with text on the grid pitch.

Can you tell me how to adjust the font size in LJ please?

The notes font size is based on the grid zoom level, so by zooming with ctrl and mouse wheel,  ctrl and + or -,  or the slider at the bottom right, you get different sizes of text.

sadly the behaviour you describe is not the behaviour I experience.

When I zoom using any of the methods you describe, the only effect is to zoom the whole grid.

Even if I select a Note, the zoom controls do not have any effect on the text size within that particular Note. All of the Notes are zoomed together with the grid. I cannot control the size of the font independent of the grid zoom.

Sorry, I didn't explain correctly.

I meant that the font size is based on the zoom factor when Creating the note. I don't know if you can change it after, other than by copying and pasting into a new note with a different zoom level.

For the purpose of documenting grids, a lovely feature (set of features) would be:

* allow user to select mono-space font if desired

* allow user to select font point-size ration to grid spacing , i.e. 1, 2, 3 lines per grid cell

* allow user to select L-R, Top-bottom or Bottom-Top text orientation/direction

* colour

Or do people document their grids in other ways?
