I'm considering a few video wall columns driven by xLights (xlights.org). You build the layout with models (e.g. matrix) and build sequences with the models. The models are connected to controllers for activation/updates. xLights has Ethernet controllers supporting protocols like E1.31, ArtNet etc.

This is where Lightjams could come in; e.g. an attribute on a grid that sends data to a sACN universe channel xLights is listening to. While ok on paper I don't have any luck so far to trigger

Has anyone attempted integrating xLights and Lightjams?

I'm not sure whether xLights supports remote control via dmx.

Alternatively, Lightjams led mapper supports importing your xLights models and you can remotely control it with Lightjams: https://www.lightjams.com/ljlm/

Thanks. Is the  Lightjams Led Mapper separately licensed to Lightjams?

Yes it's a separate license and you can buy a license for Lightjams LED mapper by clicking the buy now button when running it on your computer.
