MIDI ....Optional 0-127

Hi Mathieu... 

do you think it is possible to add an option for working with MIDI to set the values   

0-based (0-127) or 1-based (1-128)

because it is sometimes confusing to have the difference of 1

so as example in cantabile and Chameleon the controllers are 0 based and it would be great to see on 

all progs the same number to minimize the risk of confusion.
