Dear members of lighting & signs: As we are all battling this
recession in our markets, its difficult sometimes to get ourselves out
of the daily grind and remember that we are not alone in this
industry. There are hundreds of companies just like ours facing the
same challenges we do, trying to create value for our customers,
ensuring we keep our lights on.

We need to collaborate. We need to bring the various fragments of our
industry together. The best industries and the most fragmented of
industries take dentists for example do this and rise stronger with a
louder collective voice.

Please feel free to invite your colleagues, subcontractors and vendors
to join us here at lightingandsigns. We can and should use this free
forum to engage in meaningful discussions from where we get our vans
and lift trucks to how to get better lower cost insurance coverages.
