how to remove noise from illum LF image

I try to decode the image captured by lytro illum using matlab Light Field Toolbox0.4 but found some noise occures as the images below shows, I wonder if there are some methods to remove this noise without changing anythingele in the image? I want tio use it to test the super resolution algorithum, so I also want to ask if there are some ways to do color correction or hist balance on the whole datasets, do we have a pipe line for this?
