Light field toolbox v0.5 calibration

I have downloaded the sample from http://www-personal.acfr.usyd.edu.au/ddan1654/PlenCalSmallExample.zip from the manual.

And then I run this code LFUtilCalLensletCam(..).

However, I got the error 

 LFCalInit
Error: unexpected point order from detectCheckerboardPoints

How can I fix this error?

Can I ask for a bit more information to see if I can help:

• Are there any errors or warnings that arise earlier in the calibration process? e.g. during decoding or while processing the white images? 
• Are you closely following the process in the documentation (LFToolbox.pdf)?
• Which version of Matlab are you using?

(1) Are there any errors or warnings that arise earlier in the calibration process? e.g. during decoding or while processing the white images?

--> There was no problem with decoding or white image process. There was a problem in the calibration process using the decoded checkerboard. After the corner detection process of the checkerboard, there seems to have been an error in the parameter initializing part. The error did not occur when I removed some checkerboard image from the 5 samples.

(2) Are you closely following the process in the documentation (LFToolbox.pdf)?

--> Yes, I followed the process of the manual. (LFToolbox v0.5.1 document)

(3) Which version of Matlab are you using?

--> I'm using MATLAB LF Toolbox v0.5.1
