Camp Setup help & projects

Hey L&I Peeps, 

I'm totally psyched to get a whole week with all you guys. We're going to completely dig it. 

I need some help getting the living room set up when we hit the playa. Most of our camp is going up early which gives us a huge opportunity to build stuff FAST and play hard at the same time. 

Basically everyone has already offered to help out... which is super cool. 

So this email outlines a bunch of random stuff we should do to get our rig rigged. We'll figure out the details when get up there. ... and the time estimates are not in "playa time" so anything goes!

- Get DPW to drill 8 anchors for 2 Light Orchestra's - 2 hours 

- Place our living room and the rest of the layout, Place the trucks, domes, carports, shower, driveway, bikes - 4 hours  

- Build living room shade structure  - this takes 1 day for 5 people... more the merrier 

- 12-volt power - 4 batteries & charger & inverter rig - 4 hours

- Kitchen layout & recycling plan - 2 hours 

- Living Room layout and furnishing... rugs on top of tarps, etc. 

- Kitchen lighting - fluorescent light & switch - 2 hours 

- L.R. lighting - rope lights, LEDs, - 4 hours 

- Build coffee tables - with stapled fabric - 2 hours

- Decorate the living room ... ! ! 

- Maybe even wind-proof the living room - attach fabric walls

Greetings all - I have a basic two burner Coleman stove and a few propane canisters. I'm willing to donate it to the greater good of the camp, but it's small-ish and we may need an additional stove if anyone has one laying around.

I have four basic Coleman propane canisters. If anyone would like to bring some extras, we may make it through the week.

We do need 1 more 2-burner stove. Does anyone have one ? 

I have a hose that will connect a big propone tank to a regular canister-fueled stove.
