0.2.3 is out

After releasing 0.2.2 over the wire, I found out there was something screwed up with the update mechanism that required me to replace the loading script in the binary. So 0.2.3 is also a binary update.

0.2.2 fixes all of the theming stuff and gives a complete light skin for LightTable :D
