can't get custom "Cmd + Alt + [" keyboard shortcut to work (but "Cmd + Alt + ]" does work!)

I'm on a Mac with a Spanish keyboard.
I've added these lines to user.keymap ...

"pmeta-alt-]" [:indent-selection]
"pmeta-alt-[" [:unindent-selection]

Now I can indent lines using the keyboard shortcut "Cmd + Alt + ]", but the complementary "Cmd + Alt + [" to unindent doesn't work. Any idea on what can be the problem?
