File Upload in a Lift Screen

So I used DPP's example code to implement a file upload widget in a LiftScreen (https://github.com/dpp/starting_point/blob/file_upload_screen/src/main/scala/code/snippet/UploadScreen.scala). The field works, the value is an array of bytes of the file, etc. However, I can't seem to figure out how to get access to the other paramaters...in particular the remote file name.
