If someone is interested, I wrote two blog entries about container-
managed authentication and LDAPVendor usage with Jetty / Tomcat web
servers and Apache Directory Server as an LDAP server in Lift-based

Very nice. One question is why you load a properties file via a resource bundle instead of using either Lift's Props mechanisms or use configure(input : InputStream)?

Of course you are right! It was stupid to use resource bundles.

I changed source code to use Props and added comment to the blog
entry.

Thanks for posting the inks here, I looked and I did not see those
posts show up on Planet Scala, do you submit your post there? (I'm not
sure who you would have to contact to get them added)

There is also http://friendfeed.com/scala-programming which is open to
anyone and I see a good number of posts there.
