Old and New pictures of Lifta houses

I am collecting pictures of Lifta's houses and streets to update www.lifta.org website. Remember, Lifta is not only the valley as shown on google maps and google earth.

Yes, you are correct.  Many people in Lifta lived in "Upper Lifta", and not just in the valley "Lower Lifta".  Some of the older people, given a map, can show you exactly.  Also it would be good to know the kherbias (neighborhoods?) in Lifta.  Much of this information is available.  There are also several "Lifta books" that have been published, namely from Ramallah and Amman.  Those books may references the material you are looking for, especially on the photography side of things.  Facebook and email groups would be a good starting points.
