Maintenance on scala-tools.org

I had meant to send this earlier, but we'll be doing maintenance on the server that hosts scala-tools.org and related apps (jenkins, nexus, reviewboard) in about 15-20 minutes. A reboot will be involved, but we expect no more than a 5-10 minute outage and the mirror should handle things during that window. I'll send another notice once maintenance is complete.
