creating a customized report on redcap

hello!
I'm trying to create a customized report which will exclude some of the entries to the survey (I need to exclude about 20 out of 250 entries).
I'm using the filter in "step 3" of "creating a new report" .
For example I enter filter: "record id"= 1 or "record id =5" or "record id"= 7 ect... trying to exclude all the entries i want.

Then when i press "save report", it says "working" and then this will go on until the redcaps logs out due to time.

does anyone know how to solves this? or is there a better way to get a report excluding some of the entries.

EDIT: i can't actually create any report it always stays stuck on "working" at the end and the report never forms...
