data missing when exporting data to excel

Hi everyone,

My name is Beatriz and I am conducting research in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

I have currently a small database on Redcap, but when I extract data
(or export, rather), there is random missing data, data that is
actually IN the case report forms, but never makes it to the excel
spreadsheet...
