Admin Question - REDCap Timeout Feature

Hello -

This question is directed to the Lifespan IT REDCap admin team. Currently the system wide REDCap setting for it to timeout once a survey has been inactive is 24 hours. This system wide setting is set by the Lifespan IT. 24 hours seems like a long period of time of inactivity. Is it possible to lower this setting? What are your thoughts on this?
