"Set up randomization" button is not active

Hi there, 

I am trying to set up a randomization for my project, and I have enabled the randomization module in the Project Setup tab. However, the "Set up Randomization" button is not active. Any one run into this problem before? If so, how did you fix it?

Do you have Randomization User Rights enabled?
