Hi Steve,
I am working on a survey in redcap and I am not receiving the email with the survey link when I send it. When I go to manage survey participants and add participants and send the invitation, it says on redcap that the email was successfully sent but I am not receiving any emails. I have tried a couple different emails and none worked. How can I fix this? If it would be easier, feel free to call me at 401-432-1600.

Subject: Issue with participants receiving surveys
Hi all,
My team and I have found that participants are not receiving e-mail notifications containing the link to complete a survey. From our end, everything seems to be working fine, saying that our e-mails have successfully been sent. We ran a test and sent the survey to ourselves, and still no e-mail notification.
Has anyone else had this problem? Any ideas of why this is happening?

The admin control panel in Redcap reports that it can send e-mails:
"REDCap is able to send emails"
But I just tried to have it send an e-mail to my address and although it reported success I never actually received the message. I'll ask our e-mail administrator to look into it. The e-mails get routed through a server managed by out Networking department.

It doesn't seem to be working for me either. I know I sent out surveys last Friday the 13th and those went through so hopefully the problem is recent.
