Hi everyone,

When I am try to send collected data from REDCap mobile App or initialized a project using QR code I get these messages:

"This project is runnig off an insecure server. Be aware that your data for this project might not be transmitted securely"

You could not access your REDCap server. Please try again. This might be so because of a firewall, because of need for a VPN, or because of limited bandwidth"

Might someone, please help-me?

Chambers, Alison

Hey Alina,

What institution are you with? I checked and you don't seem to be user at our institution (Rhode Island hospital). This google group was set up to support our local community here and by the sounds of your question you will need to contact your administrator as this is an IT/IS issue and the IT/IS infrastructure can vary greatly depending on your institution (REDCap is maintained at a local institution/instance level).
