Documents linked with workflow

Hi,
I am using Liferay 6.2 CE version integrated with Activiti workflow engine. I have linked a workflow to Documents and Library portlets folders. Whenever I upload a file, a new work flow starts.
I want to access these files from my desktop using Webdav url. I am able see the files not linked to workflow from my local desktop. But I am not able to see the files linked with workflow from my desktop using webdav url.
Please help me to find the reasons and want to access the folders and files from my desktop.
