Liferay 6.2 private page loading is slow (Multiple calls to : AdvancedPermissionChecker)

I have a multi-organization application, the public pages of organization are loading at normal speed but private pages load extremely slow and this slowness is increasing with time.I have the same build deployed on UAT server but there is no issue there.

Note: the issue appeared after tomcat crashed because of low disk space.

Environment:

• liferay 6.2
• tomcat 7
• java 7
• primefaces 5.3
