Qualifications:
• Degree in Computer Studies, Computer Engineer, Information Technology or equivalent
• Must have Skillset: Java, Liferay/DXP
• Strong Liferay DXP 7 development skills with APACHE/TOMCAT
• At least 6 years of Liferay development experience and minimum of 6 months of Liferay DXP experience
• At least 6 years of experience in Liferay Portal (including Liferay DXP or Liferay 7.*) and portal standards including JSR168, JSR286.
• 6 years of experience in Development, Administration, Deployment, Upgrade and enhancement of Liferay Portal with high volume and high-reliability requirements.
• Portal/portlet development experience - using Liferay plugin and Liferay SDK.
• Good understanding of designing Content Structures, Web Content, Templates, User/Role/Group/Community configuration.
• Integration with Alfresco Data Management System
• Demonstrated understanding of the use of tags, segmentation, hyperlinks, navigation and the importance of brevity and SEO. Must have knowledge of search engine analytics to maximize traffic to websites
• Hands-on experiences in Web Services (SOAP and REST), XML and data persistence layer framework design and development.
• Experience with other CMS like Sitecore or Drupal
• Experience with Java and/or Object-Oriented design
• Experience using application / web servers such as Tomcat, JBoss and Apache, and DB (Maria DB/Oracle/MySQL etc)
• Experience in developing applications using MVC frameworks, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery etc.
• Experience developing enterprise applications using Agile/Scrum methodology work professionally and collaboratively with Scrum team members and Product Owner
• Excellent investigation and troubleshooting skills to debug the code and fix the issue.
• Strong knowledge and experience in n-tier web applications, with knowledge of the different tiers, including web servers, application servers, databases and infrastructure
• Proven experience (X+ years) in AI ML development using Python and relevant libraries/frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Hands-on experience with Liferay platform development and customization.
• Strong understanding of AI ML concepts such as supervised and unsupervised learning, neural networks, and deep learning.
